The Ontario Disability Support Program helps people under 65 years of age who have 'substantial physical or mental impairment' and have a financial need to pay for living expenses, like food and housing. The Ontario Disability Support Program is managed and delivered by the Ministry of Community and Social Services.

The program provides eligible people with:

• Financial Help: This is called Income Support and it helps people with disabilities who are in financial need pay for living expenses, like food and housing.
• Help finding a job: This is called Employment Supports and it helps people with disabilities who can and want to work prepare for and find a job.
