Health Care Connect helps Ontarians who are without a family health care provider (family doctor or nurse practitioner) to find one. People without a family health care provider are referred to a family doctor or a nurse practitioner who is accepting new patients in their community.

The College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO) is the governing body established by the provincial government to regulate chiropractors in Ontario. Every chiropractor practising in Ontario must be a registered member of CCO.

The College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario
The College (CTCMPAO) is the governing body established by the government of Ontario, under the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Act, 2006.
It regulates the practice of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture in the public interest. The law in Ontario requires that every practitioner must be a registered member of the College (CTCMPAO).
The Transitional Council of the College of Homeopaths of Ontario
The transitional Council is responsible for establishing the College of Homeopathy of Ontario to allow self-regulation of the homeopathy profession within the framework of the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 (RHPA) and the Homeopathy Act, 2007. It has a specific duty to protect the public interest and manage all affairs of the transitional Council of the College of Homeopaths of Ontario (TC-CHO).
